• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for candidates including but not limited to: sourcing, interviewing, advertising, scheduling, candidate assessments, onboarding and hiring.
• Source, identify, and screen potential candidates through use of Indeed.
• Conduct and oversee screening of applicants in person.
• Assist recruiter with making and receiving calls for the business.
• Own and Maintain compliance with KPIs tied to outbound activity.
• Maintain all recruitment files to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience in a recruiting/sales position is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
